How It Works

Fill out our Contact us Form to get you into our Manufacturing system and give us an idea of where to start the discussion of your ideas and needs.

Once we receive your form, we will contact you to further discuss your ideas and needs. We will probably have several questions for you about what you want, and we may even need samples of a product you want to match. We will also discuss ingredients that you may want in the product.

After discussing your ideas and needs, we will put a proposed formula “on paper”, and will discuss the quantities you want to order (our minimum is 1000 units).

If the client has a product in mind or a market benchmark, they must send the sample. The sample remains for the R&D team and is not returned to the client.

After you have evaluated the initial sample, we can discuss what you think and if changes are needed.

If new fragrance changes are wanted, this has a cost of $100 for each change. Or, if you want a specific fragrance, you can provide it directly.

At the same time that we are discussing samples, you should be deciding on what container you want for your product.

Once you have approved a formula, it has passed our R & D testing, and we have approved a sample of the packaging which you have, we will provide you with formal quotation data for manufacturing this formula.

If all the parties agree, your next step is to place your order.

After you place the order, we will begin the manufacturing process. This could take up to 4 to 6 weeks, depending on current product lead times. Each batch is quality checked and certified by one of our team members before filling.

We also offer you design and marketing services, in which we help you develop the labels and the general design of the brand. Learn more.

After the product has finished in production, shipping and handling costs will be determined at the time of shipment.

Formulations remain the property of BeaverCreek Labs but will be assigned to your account. It can only become the property of the customer after the production of 20,000 units.

The total price of formulation is $1500 which includes 3 sample reviews and 3 fragrances. The retainer fee is $500, and the remaining $1000 goes towards the production of 5000 units. (This could be split in differently sized batches. For example, you could do 1000 unit batches, and you will get credited for $200, and the $800 of your remaining credit will be assigned accordingly till you reach the 5000 units).

If further revisions are necessary before approval, they will be billed at $75/hour.

If the client doesn’t want to continue with the process after the three rounds, the $500 retainer fee is refund to them.
